2. About this policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect about you through the website str8wall-timis-website.pages.dev (or, after the firm's own domain is purchased, str8wall.ro), why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have regarding it.

This policy complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romania's Law no. 190/2018 on the application of GDPR.

3. What data we collect

3.1. The site does not use a contact form

STR8WALL does not collect personal data via web forms. All contact is initiated by you, via phone (direct call to +40 727 348 141) or WhatsApp (message to the same number). Data you provide in conversation or in a WhatsApp message (name, project description, photos of the space) is processed exclusively to give you an estimate and agree on a possible engagement.

3.2. Data collected automatically when you visit the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes server-side:

IP address (for anti-bot purposes, pseudonymized)
Browser type and operating system
Page visited and time of visit
Referrer source

This data is used exclusively for security and performance (anti-DDoS, anti-bot, fast content delivery). We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other marketing tracking tools. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3.3. Google Maps — with consent

The Contact page and the "Coverage area" section offer Google Maps embeds that load ONLY after you accept them via the cookie banner (on your first visit) or via the "Cookie settings" menu (link in footer). Before consent, NO request is made to Google and NO cookies are set. After consent, Google may set cookies in your browser. See the Cookie Policy for details and for your consent management options.

3.4. Data we do not collect

We do not collect Romanian national ID (CNP), bank accounts, or other sensitive data.
We do not collect data from minors. The site is for persons aged 16 and over.
We do not use automated profiling or automated decision-making (Art. 22 GDPR).
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Why we collect this data (purpose and legal basis)

5. With whom we share data (sub-processors)

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing.

6. How long we keep data

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access (Art. 15) — receive a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17) — ask us to delete your data, within legal limits.
Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18).
Right to data portability (Art. 20).
Right to object (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Right to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7).

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data:

The site uses HTTPS (TLS encryption).
Cloudflare provides anti-DDoS and anti-bot protection.
Access to the firm's inbox and phones is restricted to authorized persons.
72-hour notification to ANSPDCP in case of a security incident affecting your data.

10. International transfers

Some data is processed in the USA (via Cloudflare and Google Maps). These transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission for Cloudflare, and on Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for Google.

We may update this policy. The current version is indicated at the start of the document. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
