These terms govern the use of the STR8WALL S.R.L. website and the contractual relationship for drywall construction, interior finishing, and related services.

Services

We provide labour services for drywall construction (partitions, ceilings), structures for LED lighting, custom TV niches, interior renovations, finishes (painting, plastering), tile and laminate flooring installation.

Order and Quote

A quote request is submitted via the contact form, by phone, or by email. The final quote is provided within 2 business days of measurements. The order becomes firm upon contract signing and deposit payment.

Payment

Payment is made per contract — typically 30% deposit at start, 40% at midpoint, 30% on handover. We accept bank transfer and cash.

Warranty

We offer a 24-month workmanship warranty on drywall structure and ceiling work. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Dispute Resolution — ANPC SAL & SOL

As a consumer, you have the right to alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC). Details: anpc.ro/ce-este-sal/.
