1. About this document

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website str8wall-timis-website.pages.dev ("Site") and the relationship between you, as visitor or client, and STR8WALL S.R.L. ("we", "the company").

Use of the site implies acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. Who the site is for

The site presents the services of STR8WALL and lets visitors get in touch via phone or WhatsApp. The site does not sell products or services directly online — any transaction follows individual discussion and explicit agreement between the parties.

The site is for persons aged 16 and over.

4. Services offered

STR8WALL offers the following construction and interior-finishing services in Timiș county:

  • Drywall installation — partition walls, claddings, simple ceilings. Rigips by Saint-Gobain materials (RB 12.5 standard, RBI for moisture / fire areas).
  • Decorative ceilings + LED lighting — coffered ceilings, LED coves, structures for indirect lighting.
  • Custom TV niches — recessed niches in drywall partitions for TV / decor.
  • Turn-key apartment renovation — from demolition to full finishes.
  • Interior finishing — painting, skim coats, manual plastering, cladding, wallpaper.
  • Tile and flooring — flexible-adhesive installation, laminate or LVT flooring.

We are a partner for commercial projects and premium apartments. For emergencies, we are available 24/7. Details and indicative prices are obtained only by direct contact.

5. How a contract is formed

5.1. By phone or WhatsApp

The site does not use an order form. To request a quote, contact us by phone (+40 727 348 141) or WhatsApp (same number). Describe the project in conversation / message; you may attach photos or a plan of the space.

We confirm the request within 24 hours. For emergencies, we respond 24/7.

5.2. Site visit and quotation

For larger jobs, we schedule a visit to the site or your location for measurements and to understand the space. Based on this we prepare a sketch with the proposal + a transparent quote within 2 business days.

5.3. Contract conclusion

The contract is considered concluded when both sides confirm in writing (email or WhatsApp) the work details (scope, duration, price, payment stages). For medium- to large-complexity work we sign a written contract before execution starts.

5.4. Pricing

Final prices are agreed in the quote. STR8WALL S.R.L. is VAT-registered, and quote prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is split into 2–3 instalments: 30% deposit at start, 40% at midpoint, 30% on handover. We accept bank transfer and cash. We invoice each instalment per Romanian law.

6. Cancellation / rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule planned work, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation outside this window, after the team has travelled or materials have been purchased, may incur real costs (transport, non-returnable materials) — discussed case-by-case.

7. Warranty

We offer a 24-month workmanship warranty on all drywall structure, ceiling, and finishing work performed by our team. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (Saint-Gobain for Rigips, etc.). We return free of charge for fixes within the warranty period, under normal use of the space.

8. Complaints and disputes

8.1. How to complain

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us directly at contact@str8wall.ro or +40 727 348 141. We will try to resolve the situation within 30 days of receiving the complaint.

8.2. Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL)

If amicable resolution is not possible, you have the right to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) mechanisms coordinated by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC):

8.3. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

For cross-border disputes within the European Union, you have access to the European Commission's ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

8.4. Court

If SAL does not resolve the dispute, the competent court is in Timiș county, under Romanian law.

9. Liability

9.1. Limitations

Site content is informational. We make reasonable efforts to keep information (service descriptions, hours, contact details) accurate and current. We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from transcription errors or delayed updates, except where the law provides otherwise.

9.2. Availability

The site is available "as is". We do not guarantee 100% availability (maintenance, hosting provider downtime). For prolonged outages, contact us at +40 727 348 141 or WhatsApp.

9.3. External content

The site contains links to external pages (Google Maps, Facebook, ANPC). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, "STR8WALL" logo, design, structure) is owned by STR8WALL S.R.L. or used with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use commercially without our written consent. Photos of our work in the gallery are STR8WALL property.

Exceptions:

  • You may share links to pages.
  • You may print a page for personal, non-commercial use.

Logos, trademarks, and certifications shown (ANPC, Saint-Gobain, etc.) belong to their owners.

11. Acceptable use

Please do not use the site to:

  • Send spam, abusive, illegal, or unsolicited messages via WhatsApp to the firm's number.
  • Attempt to compromise site security (attacks, scans, exploits).
  • Scrape content automatically without permission.
  • Impersonate another person or company.

We reserve the right to block any IP that violates these terms.

13. Cookies

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The current version is indicated at the start of the document. Changes take effect upon publication.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform obligations caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, government decisions, utility outages, etc.), as defined in the Romanian Civil Code.

16. Severability

If a clause in these Terms is declared null or invalid, the other clauses remain in force.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is resolved per Section 8.
